We will be hosting another class in our Nutrition Series! Join us for an Introduction to Solids!
This will be a Virtual Workshop, held on Wednesday, February 5th from 5-6:00pm.
Learn about readiness cues for feeding an infant, how to keep your infant safe when eating, age-appropriate size and textures to offer, and key nutrients to focus on during the first year. We will also review foods you need to avoid during the first year. Lastly, we will examine puree feeding and provide an overview of baby led weaning, giving you guidelines for both models of eating.
