Join us for an evening of cooking with your children!

• Learn tips for how your family can enjoy nourishing foods during various celebrations and festivities.
• Children will have a chance to make healthy flourless pumpkin muffins alongside our child and family nutritionist.
• Parents will get a chance to learn about tips for preventing picky eating and how to help your child cultivate a healthy relationship with their food.

All families are welcome!

Costume/dress up is encouraged!
